Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all pooja bookings, astrology consultations, pandit bookings, live darshan support and pooja samagri orders placed through OnlinePanditG.
1. Service Booking
- Customer must provide correct name, mobile number, address, pooja date, time, gotra/sankalp details and payment information.
- Booking confirmation depends on availability of verified pandit/vendor and successful payment or admin approval.
- Online pooja may be conducted through video call/meeting link. Offline pooja requires correct location and local availability.
2. Vendor / Pandit Responsibility
- Vendors and pandits must submit accurate profile, experience, city, language, KYC and bank details.
- Admin approval is required before a vendor/pandit can receive bookings from the platform.
- Vendor must complete accepted bookings with proper ritual process, timing and customer communication.
3. Payments, Cancellation & Refund
- Prices shown on the website may include service fee, pandit dakshina, samagri charge or platform charge as applicable.
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be raised before the scheduled service time.
- Refund approval depends on booking status, vendor assignment, payment gateway rules and admin verification.
4. Customer Conduct
- Customer must not misuse the platform, share false information, abuse vendors or request illegal/unethical services.
- OnlinePanditG may hold, cancel or block any booking/account that violates platform policy.
5. Content & Image Updates
- Website images, pooja details, product details, pricing and vendor profiles are managed from the admin panel.
- Admin can update images by editing Pooja, Product, Service, Pandit, Temple and Settings modules.
